What’s next in your training journey

Okay, you have joined a martial arts class you have been training for little while and you’re starting to see some physical changes in your body. Congrats you have made a positive step forward in improving your life. probably the most common question that I get from students at the school once they have settled into their training program is what can I do next to continue my overall improvement. Most of the time the next area that I have students focus on is the diet. Your diet directly affects you on multiple levels, what you putting it is what you will get out.

I generally stay away from suggesting a particular diet to a student. Instead I suggest that they study the art of eating and how it will affect you individually. You can suggest one method of consumption to one person and it will work then suggest it…
